In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting planning projects, preparing resource consent applications, and engaging with stakeholders.You'll be part of a close-knit team of planners, civil engineers, and surveyors that encourages innovation, professional growth, and a fun work environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare resource consent applications and manage the process through to approval.Collaborate with project teams and external consultants to achieve project objectives.Provide planning advice and solutions for land development projects.Conduct research and analysis to support planning applications and strategies.Communicate effectively with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with local planning regulations and environmental policies.About You:You are an experienced planner with a passion for land development and sustainability.
