As a Senior Consents Planner, you'd play a crucial role in shaping the future of the district by facilitating responsible development while ensuring compliance with regulations. **We need you to have relevant experience and skills such as**:

- Extensive knowledge of the Resource Management Act, particularly on resource and subdivision contents
- Ideally 5+ years practical experience in resource management consent processing
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent skills and proficiency in a range of computer systems and software, and electronic record management systems
- Proven report writing and confident communication skills
- Competence in preparing evidence and presenting at hearings
- The ability to embrace change and continuous improvement
- The ability to provide planning advice, support and guidance to colleagues and management staff within the organisation, and to ratepayers and members of the public.

The salary range for this role is $92,800 to $125,600 (Mid-point is $109,200k) determined by the experience you bring. We also offer a range of staff benefits, including 5 weeks' annual leave for all staff.
