As well as recently expanding IT services and support to Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga.
Our consultants design innovative IT strategies and solutions, as our service team engineers not only keep all systems running smoothly, but maintain documentation, advise on strategy and implement new projects.

What you will be doing Day to Day As a Project Coordinator you will be ensuring projects are running smoothly along with the Project Manager and Project leads.
You will own all administrative task and get the opportunity to manage some interesting projects.
You will collaborate with external suppliers to define and execute project deliverables.
Another responsibility would be to run regular project progress meetings and presentations.
No day is really the same for a Project Coordinator, which keeps it exciting.
Skills Required  Strong planning and organisational skillsSomeone who is obsessed with excellence and attention to detail.Understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Agile)Experience with presentationsExperience managing smaller ICT projects including managing project resourcesUnderstands the importance of keeping documentation up to dateExperience using project tools(MS Project, ConnectWise Projects, Trello) Must have excellent customer services skills and a brilliant bedside manner with a focus on client relationshipMust be a team playerOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.Able to communicate with all levels internally and externally.Show initiative, take the bull by its horns and show proactivity.
Layer3's offices are based in Upper Hutt, so you will always be against the traffic.
