This is an interesting and challenging role that will suit an enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys cultivating strong working relationships.We are a three-partner team, so can offer you the opportunity to act for a wide range of high-profile clients – including banks and funds, developers, corporate borrowers, local authorities and key public sector entities.
We are working on some exciting infrastructure projects, including public private partnerships and in the energy sector and are particularly keen to speak with candidates who have infrastructure experience, including procurement, contracting or financing.The Work In Our Team CoversThe full spectrum of transactional and advisory issues, including project/construction finance, acquisition finance and infrastructure funding.
For example, our team has advised:on the development and project financing of renewable energy projectsCouncils on the Infrastructure Funding and Financing ActChristchurch Airport and Wellington Airport on their recent bond offersMorrison on sell downs of PPP transactionsclients in the energy sector on significant projects for AotearoaLearning and DevelopmentBeing thrown in the deep end is great for learning and development; however, we always pair this with a strong support network and buddy system.
