About the rolePrebble Seeds Ltd, a 100% NZ Family owned supplier of high-quality seed and turf products, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time position is preferably based in Christchurch and will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Some travel will be required.What you'll be doingBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities.Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure the success of our customers.Collaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the company.What we're looking forProven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the Turf Industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset.Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Passion for the Turf industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.What we offerAt Prebble Seeds Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
