The Role  As a Marketing Lead for Fletcher Living, you will play a crucial role in promoting and marketing our residential developments within the competitive property market. Your primary responsibilities revolve around creating effective marketing strategies to attract potential homebuyers and generate leads. For this 12-month Fixed Term Contract role reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, you will be required to manage, coordinate and execute the Retail marketing for Auckland Central Branch (based in Penrose). Working closely with the Auckland Central Sales Manager and Branch Manager, you will establish and then execute the retail marketing activity for Auckland Central locations. You will also work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure execution in line with Brand guidelines and ensure speed-to-market and timely execution of activities. This role is critical for collating customer insights from the Auckland market from Salesforce and other available sources, sharing these insights with the broader Marketing team, agency partners, Auckland Central Branch, and using them to inform future retail activity. About You To be a successful Marketing Lead at Fletcher Living you will have the following skills and experience: Relevant marketing experience, with the residential property, real estate or retail industries would be advantageous Strong content / copy writing capability and an eye for detail Knowledge and experience in developing and managing digital and traditional content Proven experience in managing projects or campaigns from start to finish  Ability to multitask on a variety of projects, locations and tasks and turn work around in a timely manner Agency account management experience (across a range of channels) would be advantageous  Adobe Creative Suite experience would be a benefit in particular Photoshop and Indesign A majoring in Marketing or Communications or a similar business qualification is desirable Benefits Along with a competitive salary, this role will see you working with a high-performing team with a clear vision and goals.
