If you have a passion for footwear and know how to lead and inspire a team, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your careerKey Responsibilities:Lead and develop a close-knit team.Drive sales and KPIs by leading by example and upskilling your team.Represent the brand with energy, pride, and high standards in all interactions.Deliver an exceptional customer experience, including a premium fitting service.Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs.Merchandise the store according to global direction, maintaining visual standards.Oversee operational tasks such as stock processing, rostering, and time sheets.Skills and Experience:At least 1 year of management experience in a similar retail environment.Proven track record of delivering high-level customer service and achieving sales targets.Excellent communication and time management skills.Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a retail environment.NZ work rights are required.Passion for footwear and fashion is a bonusBenefits and Perks:Tuesday-Saturday roster.Generous staff uniform provided.Excellent staff discounts across all Brittain Wynyard brands.The chance to grow your career with a well-established brand that focuses on staff development and progression.Join Our TeamWe're also hiring for part-time positions at our Commercial Bay store.
