Take charge and inspire your team to deliver exceptional home-based / community healthcare services that exceed expectations.
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, staff development, and effective business management within your assigned region.
Your role will involve implementing service delivery models aligned with our values, ensuring quality assurance, and meeting contractual requirements.
You will oversee financial sustainability, develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promote the capacity and potential of homecare services.
Additionally, you will contribute to market intelligence, expand business opportunities, and implement quality and health and safety systems.Key Responsibilities:Implement a service delivery model aligned with our values and contractual requirementsEnsure financial sustainability and report on the implementation of strategies and financial performanceRecruit, develop, and support staff to meet performance criteria and contribute to organisational objectivesFoster positive relationships with key stakeholders and promote the Access brand within the regionBuild strong relationships
