To be considered for this role, you MUST be available to work throughout December 2024 to early February 2025, with good availability thereafter to continue to support our operations into the future. This would ideally suit a person living locally with good flexibility, looking to fit work around study or family commitments.Key Responsibilities:Assist in conducting laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocolsHelp maintain laboratory cleanliness and organisationSupport the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipmentDocument experimental procedures and results accuratelyAdhere to safety and quality control standards in the laboratoryCollaborate with team members and assist in research activitiesAbout you:A background in a science-related field and previous laboratory experience is highly desirableStrong attention to detail and excellent analytical skillsAbility to follow protocols and work effectively as part of a teamGood English communication skills, both written and verbalWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and proceduresBasic proficiency with laboratory tools and techniquesUnderstanding of laboratory safety practices is a plusBenefits:Flexible work arrangements to fit around your other commitments.Enjoy a competitive hourly rate.Work in a world-class laboratory environment.This is an opportunity to enhance your career with an organisation that has a strong sense of purpose.
