The Role In this collaborative team of IT Professionals, you'll navigate through various issues in a rapidly evolving workspace, acting as the face of IT ensuring the seamless functioning of the organization. Your role will require you to deliver superior technical support at a L2 expertise level, using tools including: AzureM365Teams (supporting not just using)OutlookMulti Factor AuthenticationVPN solutions ( RDS, PaloAlto Global Protect etc )Active Directory user management ( on Prem AD, AzureAD, Hybrid solutions )Printers, MFDs, Label PrintersRemote Desktop TechnologiesAdobe AcrobatDesktop level Hardware troubleshootingPassword reset tools & best practicesGroup policies Key Responsibilities Include: Act as initial contact for all digital service-related matters for stakeholders.Log requests, incidents, problems, and assist with tracking system changes.Understand stakeholder needs to offer appropriate services.Manage assigned support calls proactively, analyze issues, and provide feedback to users.Notify end users about system-related events and provide training.Serve as a mentor and technical expert for the Service Desk team.Act as tech escalation point for Digital Services & Project teams.Create and provide training tools for the Service Desk team.Conduct data analysis to identify training needs of the Service Desk team.Assist in coordinating Service Desk tasks including job allocation and break adherence.Participate in the Service Desk Quality Monitoring program.Represent Service Desk in weekly meetings and communicate impactful changes.Facilitate handover of new technologies from the Project to Operations team.Manage company-wide maintenance and security notifications through the MIM process Being at the nucleus of this dynamic operation, IT plays a critical role in maintaining the motion of the organization.
