Our client is preparing for a major initiative that will redefine their customer loyalty and engagement. With a packed pipeline of work leading into 2025, they need a seasoned professional to bring strategy to life. Your expertise will be crucial in taking broad objectives and translating them into actionable, customer-focused outcomes.

You'll be part of a cross-functional portfolio team driving customer-centric solutions, working closely with stakeholders from IT, marketing, sales, and beyond. Your Role As a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities include:
Defining Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate clear strategies for loyalty and customer engagement initiatives.Breaking Down Strategy: Distill high-level plans into incremental deliverables for maximum customer impact.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work across teams to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.Hands-On Execution: Produce outputs like documentation, Lean Business Canvases (LBCs), and delivery plans.Value-Driven Thinking: Articulate the business and customer benefits of every initiative.This is a contract role until August 2025, with a strong focus on value delivery rather than traditional project management.

Have strong strategic thinking and the ability to break down complex ideas into actionable steps.Come from a strong Product background, ideally with a minimum of 5 years working in Product focused roles.Are a clear, articulate communicator with excellent storytelling skills.Can manage multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.Have a product management mindset, focused on value delivery and customer outcomes.Enjoy being hands-on, producing tangible outputs and driving results.While experience in customer engagement or loyalty initiatives is a plus, your ability to bridge business and IT teams and focus on outcomes is what will set you apart.
