Joining our team you will be accountable for delivering business and customer value through end-to-end product strategy, discovery, delivery and nurture of our Mobile app channel. Our Product Managers work with cross-functional teams, building industry-leading products that solve real problems for our customers and maximise business value. As a Senior Product Manager you will have strategic influence, commercial accountability and contribute significantly to the practice by defining frameworks and mentoring others.
- Lead the continued evolution of Woolworths’ NZ Mobile App channel.
- Discover user needs and desired outcomes, grow shopper engagement and continuously measure the impact of your work.
- Articulate mobile app channel strategy to different audiences and external partners.
- Ensure executional excellence in delivery, and ongoing nurture of the product, in collaboration with other squads.
- Be responsible for creating a thriving, high-performing squad culture and bringing all disciplines together effectively.
- Be accountable for the product’s impact on business and customer outcomes.
- Support the Customer Hub to ensure customers get all the love they deserve from us.

**About You | Mōu
We're looking for an experienced senior level Product Manager who enjoys inspiring and motivating teams to deliver innovative solutions.

To succeed in this role you will:

- have end-to-end mobile product or mobile channel management experience, from discovery through to execution
- be familiar with the mobile app ecosystem (e.g. SDK integrations, APIs, security, mobile payments across both iOS and Android)
- have experience leveraging native mobile device capabilities (e.g. push notifications, camera, voice, wallet, location services)
- know how to build product strategies and create buy-in and belief across the business
- be an advocate of fully-empowered product teams
- understand what it takes to deliver products that enable other product teams
- be a confident coach, helping others embed great practices
