At Pacific Clinical Research Network, you will find a welcoming environment where your ideas are valued, and your contributions make a real impact.About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant/Nursing Assistant to join our team in Christchurch working on a casual basis. In this role, you'll support the execution of clinical trials with a focus on phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and data management, contributing to the advancement of medical research that transforms patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of clinical trial visits, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to protocols in line with good clinical practice guidelines.Collection of participant history, vital signs, and bloodwork.Experience with laboratory tasks such as centrifuging blood samples.Undertaking ECGs.Administer vaccinations in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.Recruit and communicate with study participants, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the trial process.Collect, organize, and input clinical trial data with precision and accuracy.Ensure that all trial activities comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of trial activities, including patient records and trial reports.Work closely with researchers, clinicians, and other team members to ensure trial success.What We're Looking For:Graduate or one year of experience in a medical-related field.Proven experience in phlebotomy and administering vaccinations.Demonstrated ability using computers, Microsoft Office software.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with data.Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines.Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.What We Can Offer:A team that's at the forefront of medical research and dedicated to making a real difference.A supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are recognized and appreciated.The opportunity to contribute to innovative clinical research that has real-world impact.We offer a supportive and flexible work environment to help you balance your professional and personal life.Competitive salary and benefits.Benefit from opportunities for professional development and career advancement.If you're ready to be part of a forward-thinking company dedicated to improving lives, we'd love to hear from you.
