About You - Mou We are seeking a candidate with a robust background in data analytics and stakeholder engagement.
You thrive on collaborating with the business to understand future data requirements and reporting needs.
You are future-focused, working strategically to combine analytics with workforce planning.
You may not be a traditional data scientist or technical expert but perhaps you have a research background or a diverse range of experiences that make you a great fit for this role.
Experience in the preparation and use of data across HR disciplines is highly regarded.
Excel skills are essential and Power BI skills advantageous.
Some level of Public Sector knowledge will be beneficial.
Your passion lies in uncovering the "why" behind the numbers.
We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and make a meaningful impact.

* Experience in developing data models and analysis.
