Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)About the RoleWe're looking for a Warehouse and Operations Team Leader to manage our warehousing, storage, and distribution. Based in Whanganui Central, Manawatu, this full-time role offers a chance to contribute to Delfast's growth and success.What You'll DoLead and motivate the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.Maintain inventory systems to keep stock accurate and reduce waste.Manage inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer delivery deadlines.Track key performance metrics and identify ways to improve.Promote a safe, positive workplace and ensure compliance with industry standards.Work with other teams to help achieve Delfast's overall goals.What We're Looking ForExperience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar leadership role.Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and distribution.Great organisational and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with a positive attitude.Confidence using warehouse and inventory software.Strong communication and people skills.AP certification (not essential) and forklift license.Someone who lives and reflects our values: Empathy, Humility, Innovation, and Being Relentless.Incorporates the Delfast purpose into their daily tasks (Get the Job done With Speed).What We OfferAt Delfast, we value our team and aim to provide a rewarding work environment.
