Account Director – Creative Marketing Agency Front Room is seeking a versatile and experienced marketer to take on a pivotal role in our boutique creative agency. Blending strategy, creativity and hands-on implementation, you'll lead impactful campaigns for industry-leading property clients. As an integral member of our small, high-performing team, you'll wear many hats—including building strong client partnerships, driving meaningful growth and overseeing team members. What: Lead impactful marketing campaigns – From ideation to execution, create compelling, authentic campaigns that captivate top-tier property clients. Drive strategic brand direction – Collaborate closely with senior team members to help shape brand strategies. Build & nurture client relationships – Autonomy and trust are key Foster strong relationships with clients, while ensuring we deliver above expectations. Identify growth opportunities – Be on the lookout for new ways to elevate our offerings. Who: 5+ years of marketing expertise – With a solid background in a creative agency or client-side role, you've managed full-cycle campaigns. Top-notch communicator – You're an expert in translating complex ideas into clear, actionable plans, whether that's with clients, team members, or stakeholders. Data-driven approach – Experience with campaign reporting and measurement means you know how to translate results into insights for continuous improvement. Passion for property – While not required, having experience or a genuine interest in the property sector will make you a perfect fit for our client base.
