Since then, we've expanded our vision, delivering registry solutions in 21 jurisdictions worldwide.About The Role:As the Manager of Human Resources, you will serve as the custodian of Foster Moore's values, employee brand, and company culture.
As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will provide proactive guidance, coaching, and support to align HR strategies with the strategic and operational objectives of the organization.
Your focus will be on implementing HR initiatives that drive business success, foster an engaged and high-performing workforce, and ensure that HR practices are both aligned with business needs and create long-term value.You will lead the HR team and work collaboratively with leaders across Foster Moore to manage all HR matters, including performance management, employee development, health and wellbeing, engagement, compensation, recruitment, payroll, and employment relations.What You Will Be Doing:Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to drive continuous improvement.Cultivate a customer-focused, collaborative culture that reflects Foster Moore's values.Provide ongoing support and guidance to direct reports, enhancing their skills and professional development.Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, offering insights and solutions on HR matters.Coach and support managers to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies covering recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and more.Define and execute the talent management strategy to attract and retain top talent.Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate resource requirements and plan HR solutions accordingly.Leverage HR technology to enhance recruitment and selection processes.Design and implement strategies to address the organization's learning and development needs.Provide guidance to managers on career development and team growth.Harness technology to improve access to and engagement with learning opportunities.Oversee the implementation of the performance management cycle, ensuring KPIs and development plans are set for all roles.Provide training and guidance to managers on performance management processes.Develop and maintain policies that ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Foster a safe, healthy work environment, with an emphasis on mental health and employee wellbeing.Continuously assess and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.What You Bring:5-7 years of generalist HR experience, ideally within a similar organization.A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.Proven experience in a leadership role within HR.Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly in New Zealand.
Additional knowledge of employment laws in other jurisdictions (such as Australia, the US, Canada, or Ireland) is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop HR teams to achieve organizational goals.Why work for us?At Foster Moore, we know that the best way to sustain our business for years to come is by looking after our employees.
