The primary function of this role and team is to deliver exceptional results for clients through content-rich digital advertising campaigns across a range of paid and owned digital channels.You will lead a dynamic team of four within an organisation of 80 and growing. Your team consists of specialists in their field, including a digital content writer, social media expert, and digital marketing professionals. Your role is crucial to bridging the gap between advertising strategies and client outcomes (leads, enquiries, and revenue). You will work closely with Account Directors to provide ongoing insights into campaign performance and potential upsell opportunities.You'll be ambitious and hands-on by nature, a positive and collaborative leader with the ability to deliver against a high volume of work.
