You'll be joining an inclusive, and ambitious People and Culture team and work alongside our senior leaders and project stakeholders.You will provide the leadership, direction, and expertise to develop high calibre Organisational Change Management (OCM) capabilities to enable TSB to successfully deliver exceptional change management experiences for customers, staff and partners impacted by our strategic change initiatives.Who are you?You will have proven leadership experience with a track record of taking ownership, delivering outcomes, and coaching others to build high performing teams and culture.You will demonstrate the ability to build deep, strong cross-functional relationships at all levels, drive collaboration, and display courage to challenge status quo with all levels of stakeholders.You will have extensive OCM experience and skills, designing, implementing, and embedding OCM frameworks and practices within corporate environments, and have a passion for the continuous improvement of people, processes, and practices to drive delivery effectiveness.Some key responsibilities include:Build the OCM capabilities within TSB's enterprise change delivery operating model.Devise, deploy, coach and maintain TSB's OCM frameworks and practices, driving awareness, adoption and effective efficient delivery of change within and across TSB's teams and projects.Formulate and deliver change approaches to engage and transition customers, staff, and partners, and proactively plan, execute, and support the integration of change management across TSB's portfolio of strategic change initiatives / teams, setting them up for success.Establish a community of practice to mature and continuously improve TSB's OCM craft.Identify and mitigate key change risks in initiatives. Coach leaders in effective change practice.Be a culture carrier for TSB's delivery mindsets and behaviours.To be successful in this role, you'll need:7+ years significant experience leading and coaching OCM at a lead / senior level.A successful track record in building, executing and maturing OCM under continuous delivery, agile and traditional delivery models.Coaching, mentoring and communications skills that enable you to uplift the capability of others and influence desired outcomes.Extensive experience and knowledge of OCM methods / tools, e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR, Psychology of change, design thinking, HCD.Who are we?We are New Zealand owned bank on a real mission – we want to help our customers get ahead and make their banking experience as easy as possible.Like our customers, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
