We are looking for an experienced Property Coordinator with a passion for meaningful connections and achieving high-quality services.
This is a 2-month temporary opportunity for a skilled and proactive administrator for an organization determined to make a difference in managing residential properties, focusing on building strong relationships and overseeing essential maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery.Maintenance Oversight: Manage the maintenance and repair works of residential properties, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure properties meet relevant safety, health, and housing regulations and provide regular reports to senior management.Tenant Communication: Provide clear and effective communication to tenants regarding maintenance schedules, property updates, and important information.Key Requirements:Proven experience in property-related roles, particularly in a residential setting.An understanding of property maintenance processes.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with property management software is advantageous.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment and gain property management experience.
