In this role, you'll deliver critical analysis that drives fleet optimisation, enhances asset management, and elevates data quality and integration to unlock actionable insights.A key part of your day-to-day will involve facilitating seamless data exchange between external partners and Custom Fleet.
By providing valuable insights, you'll help stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions and optimise their operations for greater efficiency and impact.Duties will include (but not limited to) -Data Collection and Quality Management: Collecting and validating data from diverse sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and various systems and ensuring accuracy and consistency coupled with the utilisation of both technical tools and collaboration with stakeholders within the client organization and Custom Fleet to address any data discrepancies.Data Analysis and Visualisation: Employing a range of analytical methods and tools, including statistical modelling, to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships within the data and developing clear, compelling visualisations (charts, graphs, etc.)
to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.Reporting: Preparing and delivering insightful reports and presentations, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations for stakeholders to make informed decisions.Strategic Advisory and Client Capability Building: Contributing to the development of strategic advisory services and support the growth of client capabilities by establishing scalable, repeatable processes that drive efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and improve outcomes.Development of New Content and Data Frameworks: Assisting in the creation and refinement of new content, data frameworks, and reporting structures that support the evolution of technical business capabilities, ensuring continuous improvement.Support Strategic Reviews: Collaborating with Relationship Managers in the successful delivery of strategic reviews, helping to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business value.ABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will portray the following -5+ years' experience in a data-driven or analytics roleExperience in Fleet or Fleet related business is highly desirableExperience using PowerBI is essential - Intermediate level skills in data visualisation, report design, and proficiency in writing complex DAX formulas & functionsProven ability to deliver outputs to clients at a high standard in an accurate and detailed mannerSound communication skills with the ability to communicate at various levels of a businessFOR YOUWe offer industry leading 'Custom Perks' including:Annual performance bonusAn extra week of annual leaveCollaborative Hybrid work environment – 3 days in the officeCompany funded social eventsDress for your day policyIntersection – our Diversity NetworkCultural Leave swapOngoing investment in your growth including access to our digital learning platform – DegreedReward and recognition programsVolunteer and community engagement opportunitiesWellbeing leaveHOW TO APPLYPlease submit your resume and cover letter by clicking 'Apply Now'.At Custom Fleet we are committed to growing a team made up of diverse people, skills, and experiences.
