NEP New Zealand is currently looking for an OB Services Manager.
This position works within our outside broadcast team based at our Mt Wellington outside broadcast base, and may also involve work on outside broadcasts around New Zealand as required.
The Position The OB Services Manager will take a key leadership role for our OB projects, including close communication and planning with clients and all key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to: To effectively manage and ensure operational excellence on all NEP New Zealand Outside Broadcasts.Represent NEP New Zealand in Outside Broadcast technical decisions and operational management.Work closely with the Head of Outside Broadcast Services and OB Engineering Manager to deliver world class service for our clients.Coordinate conversations and information flow between clients and Technical Managers.Complete thorough rosters, pre-project planning and preparation, including required documentation.Develop and manage positive client relationships for the continued improvement of service quality.
Required skills and attributes: Extensive and broad experience on Outside Broadcasts and television productions.Demonstrated team player within the broadcast industry over a minimum of five (5) years.
Excellent communication skills (written/oral).
Well organised and pays attention to detail.
Solution orientated approach to problems.
