We're currently hiring for our next Store Manager at our Taupo outlet store.The WHAT?This opportunity is for 36 Hours per week working Tuesday to SaturdayAs a Store Manager of this location, you willRun the daily operations of your storeUse your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on the daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Regional Manager to understand the customer's needsComplete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certifiedLearn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fittingExcel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs.Commit to our 2024 blackout period; Monday 25th November 2024 - Wednesday 4th December 2024 and Monday 16th December 2024 - Sunday 5th January 2025.
