Job Title: Trainee Manager (Manufacturing Jewellery Shop)Location: Taupo, New ZealandEmployment Type: Full-Time, Leading to Manager RoleWe are a leading manufacturer of fine jewellery based in Taupo, New Zealand. We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Manager. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and grow within the company, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Manager.Key Responsibilities:Assisting the Manager with daily operations of the shopMonitoring and ensuring high quality of jewellery productionMaintaining and updating inventory recordsProviding excellent customer service to clientsAssisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategiesHandling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may ariseCollaborating with the team to achieve company goals and objectivesRequirements:Passion for the jewellery industry and a strong understanding of the manufacturing processProven customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clientsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyWillingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as neededWe offer a competitive hourly rate, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
