Ongoing professional development is encouraged and supported.The RoleYou will be working in a multi-disciplinary team with a collaborative style, with a holistic and bespoke approach, ensuring we provide our clients with the best possible outcomes.In this role you'll be responsible for working across a variety of ACC services including Pain Management, Vocational Rehab, Training for Independence, and Social Rehabilitation Needs Assessments throughout the Bay of Plenty region.You will work with clients and their whanau, employers, and other stakeholders, providing therapy, support, and education to clients to enable them to move through their recovery journey and achieve their goals.Based in Tauranga, travel is required around the Bay of Plenty region with business demand.Who are we looking for?A qualified OT, with at least 3 years' experience, and able to work in all, or a combination of Pain Management, Training for Independence, Concussion, and Vocational Rehab would be preferred.You'll have worked in or have an interest in providing rehabilitation and assessments for a range of injuries and disabilities.The Benefits:Competitive Salary $86,000 - $107,000 depending on experienceGraduated increase in annual leave to 5 weeks after 5 years of serviceThe support of a dynamic and highly experienced management teamFull cost of your APCLaptop and phone providedAccess to company pool vehicles when neededAccess to experts who are available to support you working with your clientsStructured onboarding and ongoing support and assistance for all staff, no matter your experience levelOur career pathways will support your professional development, career goals, and long-term growth including the opportunity to grow into clinical leadership and management rolesHow do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as an occupational therapist?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Are you currently registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand (OTBNZ)?Are you available to travel for this role when required?
