This is a rare opportunity that will allow you to have full coverage of the entire restructuring and insolvency cycle.You'll work with a broad mix of local and international companies, banks, large corporates, law firms, and government.
The cases they deal with are often international, complex, and high profile.Key Responsibilities:Work on a wide range of clients from different industries and sectorsSupport senior colleagues in the preparation of financial models and presentation packsPrepare Independent Business Reviews and restructuring engagementsManage formal appointments and ensure the continuous operations of the businessThe Ideal ProfileWe would be keen to hear from professionals from either one of the Big 4 or international mid-tier firms from any of the following service lines: Audit, Forensic, Restructuring/Business Recovery, Deals Advisory, or Transaction Services.The ideal candidate would bring 2-3+ years of relevant experience, with the relevant certifications (CA/CPA or CFA) or be midway in the qualification process.
