We're seeking great talent to build, plan and maintain this growth.It's an exciting time to join our Network Reliability Team stepping into the role of Network Reliability Engineer starting with us January 2025. This position would suit a junior engineer (Up to 5 years' experience), electrical graduate or someone with an electrical trade qualification looking for an engineer development opportunity.The Network Reliability teams' core focus is to promote continuous improvement of asset reliability and performance throughout both our network and organisation and is one of the primary feedback loops for our asset management function. This means fully understanding how the network is performing, why it is performing that way, and being across the details. This role also leads the resolution of voltage complaints, listening to our customers concerns and working with the team to identify and deliver the optimal solution.This position is intended to be a fantastic development role for an engineer looking to rapidly build distribution network experience, due to the opportunities this role has and has ability to get involved with all kinds of other teams from all across the business.
