What began in Southland and then Central Otago, today spans from Oamaru to Twizel, Dunedin to Invercargill, Alexandra and Cromwell to Wanaka. Our skilled teams work together to deliver exceptional commercial, civil, rural, architectural and residential projects.

As a Project Manager at Breen you will be responsible for carrying out the management, planning, implementation, reporting and checking on all on-site construction personnel and activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget without compromising quality. You will require experience and skills in managing health & safety, client relationships, construction methodology, program planning, contract administration and overseeing site management.

A minimum of 5 years previous experience in construction with direct experience in residential project management
An analytical and logical approach to organizing and carrying out your work
Good oral and written communication skills
Personal drive, initiative and a natural curiosity to understand and solve problems
Strong understanding of H&S at Work Act
Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and good numeracy
Ability to work as part of a team, but confident when working independently and unsupervised
Strong computer skills including MS Project, experience with Procore preferred
Ability to build relationships both internally and externally with suppliers, subcontractors and clients

We offer you

Great supportive team within a company that has a genuinely people-focused culture
We will invest in your growth, value your contribution and nurture your personal and professional development
Competitive remuneration package
Health insurance and service bonuses
Regular company functions and social events, including an active social club

If this sounds like the opportunity for you, submit your CV along with your cover letter to ******
It is a requirement that you must have a valid work visa to apply for this role. Applications from candidates who do not have the existing right to live and work in NZ will not be responded to.
