SME Client Lead - Spark Business Central OtagoSpark New Zealand – Queenstown, South IslandThis is a full-time role located in Queenstown, Otago. As a SME Client Lead, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small to medium enterprise (SME) clients for Spark Business Central Otago - Spark Business Hub Lower South, a leading provider of telecommunications and IT solutions in the region.What you'll be doingCultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of SME clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutionsProactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Spark's suite of business products and servicesCollaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customised solutions for clientsProvide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for your clientsDevelop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targetsContribute to the overall sales strategy and performance of the Spark Business Central Otago teamWhat we're looking forProven experience in an account management or client-facing sales role, ideally within the SME or telecommunications sectorStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and address client needsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand mannerDemonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and goalsFamiliarity with the Spark product suite and the ability to cross-sell and upsell effectivelyPassion for technology and a drive to stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovationsWhat we offerCompetitive salary and commission structureComprehensive training and development opportunitiesAccess to employee discountsOpportunities for career progressionAbout usConnected South NZ Limited - Spark Business Hub Lower South is a leading provider of telecommunications and IT solutions to businesses in the Central Otago region.
