Prosecutions Support Officer

Stand at the stern of the canoe and feel the spray of the future biting at your face Mo te tunga | About the role NZ Police are offering an opportunity to join the Police Prosecution Service (PPS) as a Prosecution Support Officer (PSO) based in Rotorua.
In your role you will provide administrative support to the PPS office, to enable its effective operation.
Responsibilities include: working with, processing, and administratively managing prosecution files, including recording and extracting relevant information, checking accuracy and completeness, administering necessary follow ups (including as directed by PPS staff), use and management of databases and spreadsheets, and responding to and/or directing queries that come into the PPS office.
Through building an excellent knowledge of Police and Ministry of Justice processes, data bases, and operating procedures you will be an important part of the Criminal Justice Sector.
