You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.Job DescriptionPicking and packing materials from both external and internal customers according to production order, feeding material to relevant processes and ensuring the material supply to the production line, follow-up and inventory stock.Work Hours: 2nd Shift 2:00 pm to 10:30 pmHourly rate: $18.78 + $0.75 Shift Differential = $19.53Expectations & Responsibilities:Pick/Pack/Ship finished goods from the warehouse.Contact freight companies to schedule pickups through phone or digital portals.Receive, sort, and label packages and put away in warehouse.Consolidate inventory within warehouse.Spot/Cycle count warehouse inventory.Execute quality checks and inspections as needed.Maintain clean organization of goods, paperwork, work area, etc.Continuously build job knowledge through execution of Standard Operating Procedures.Develop the department in accordance with the Alfa Laval Production System participating in team performance and improvement meetings.Observe all company policies.Other tasks as may be assigned.What you KnowYou have a high school diploma or GED, and:Previous production or warehouse exposure.Forklift and/or crane operation experience.Exposure to use and care of basic production or assembly hand tools.Basic personal computer skills.Ability to learn and use company system tools effectively.Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
