About the Role:Are you passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction? Do you excel at resolving intricate technical problems through effective troubleshooting? We are seeking skilled Service Engineers to join us in providing excellent service. As a Service Engineer, you'll assist with diverse IT environments, occasionally on-site, offering desktop and engineering support. Your close client interaction emphasises exceptional communication and top-tier service.
WHAT YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Provide technical support to clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site, ensuring swift issue resolution.Onsite support across several clients (varying locations) – valid NZ driver's license required.Building and supporting end-user devices (PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, mobiles, tablets).Diagnosing faults / troubleshooting / problem solving.Network / Windows desktop and Server support.Building productive working relationships across a variety of colleagues, clients, and suppliers.Document service activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:Work experience in equivalent field with IT services experience or training.Proven experience in technical support, maintenance, or a related role.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with hand tools, ladders and networking equipment is required.WHY CHOOSE US:Diversity and Inclusion: We are constantly looking for ways to build a more inclusive culture.
