You are a practitioner with strong skills in co-design, collaboration, and building capability, underpinned by a deeply customer-centric mindset. Driven by a need to deeply understand the customer, you are committed to putting these needs at the heart of decision-making.You will develop and execute strategic product initiatives that align with Auckland Council Group objectives, conduct in-depth market analysis to inform both overall product strategy and the finer details of product design, and collaborate across teams to build detailed product roadmaps that ensure features and functionalities deliver the greatest value to customers. Continuously monitoring and analysing product performance, you will identify opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.As a passionate advocate for the voice of the customer, you will ensure solutions add real value and meet the needs of Aucklanders.
