Our Systems Delivery and Modernisation practice in Auckland are looking for an experienced delivery leader, looking to utilise their delivery experience to manage client relationships, Projects, Programmes and Health-checks. Your engagements include:·Delivery of ERP projects on behalf of Deloitte to a wide variety of clients and industries·Delivery of projects on behalf of Deloitte to a wide variety of clients and industries·Supporting clients establishing Projects, providing guidance on best practice methodology tailored as needed to meet their unique requirements.·Working with other Deloitte SMEs to complete Health-checks on in-flight projects to provide an independent quality assessment via stakeholder interviews, documentation reviews, workshops and report writing and presentation·Project rescue, working with both existing external and internal project team members to support a project to evaluate current state, resolve issues and re-plan for a successful outcome.·Project Steering and Advisory, where you guide clients on how to navigate the complexities of large projects and programme delivery as a trusted advisor.Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone with experience in:·Proven technology project delivery experience, to include ERP solution implementations.·Delivering IT solutions using both or a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.·Delivery, management of budget, scope, and timelines. ·Providing visibility on progress by reporting, tracking, and resolving issues, changes, and risks with internal and external stakeholders.·Contract negotiation and vendor management·Using your excellent stakeholder and communication skills to report upwards to steering committees and stakeholders, ensuring alignment to strategic initiatives, high engagement, and confidence in a transformational programme of work.·Managing, leading, and mentoring a team of direct and indirect reports, ensuring cohesion, respect and support.·Encouraging and fostering diverse views and opinions for inclusion in all aspects of how the team delivers and works together.·Supporting bids and RFP proposals to support future pipeline of work.·Appropriate project and programme management certifications beneficialOur workplace and cultureOur purpose is to make an impact that matters.
