To find out more visit www.totalspan.co.nzThe RoleThe National Marketing Manager will be responsible for improving the overall brand recognition and marketing strategy across the Totalspan target markets. Reporting to the Spanbild Group Head of Marketing, and located in our Christchurch office, you will provide support in the development of marketing strategies across the marketing mix and lead the implementation, with the aim of generating sustainable growth for the Totalspan brand and the franchise network. You will also support annual market planning, manage promotions and advertising, attend conferences and events, co-ordinate product launches, conduct research and lead internal communications.Your Skills and ExperienceYou will have a deep understanding of marketing principles and their application in a commercial environment. You will have proven extensive marketing experience at a management level and be able to build effective relationships internally and externally. You will be flexible, analytical and have experience developing market leading sales collateral, marketing and promotional activity. You will effectively communicate information and ideas through various mediums and demonstrate a well-developed understanding of all online related activities. You will conduct presentations with confidence. Previous exposure to a franchise environment is beneficial, as is a relevant tertiary qualification.
