He whakamarama mo te turanga mahi | About the role We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Co-ordinator to join our hardworking and fun-loving People and Capability team.
This role plays a key part in coordinating and managing all people-related requests in the employee lifecycle.

A day in the life of this role could look like:

Onboarding/offboarding Transfers/changes Employment letters Managing P&C files Troubleshooting issues Orientation coordination Collaborating with the wider P&C Team on projects and initiatives Nga pukenga e rapu nei matou | About you We're looking for someone with HR coordination/administration experience who wants to make a difference for Auckland.

In This Role You Will Bring A customer-focused approach Experience of HR processes, documentation and systems, data flows and dealing with confidential and sensitive information Sound knowledge of current New Zealand employment legislation A curious/improvement-focused approach to problem solving Nga hua mou | What's in it for you The chance to build an exciting career in an evolving work environment whilst making a difference to the Watercare team and Tamaki Makaurau as a whole.
