In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing a professional and supportive experience for all visitors and clients.
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, with a good sense of humour.
You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations.
Multitasking is essential for this position.The main role would be reception, but we would also train you in assisting Dentists so you have a well-rounded knowledge of Dental.Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and courteous mannerAnswer incoming calls, screen and direct calls to appropriate personnelSchedule patient appointmentsManage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentablePerform data entry tasks, maintain databases, and update records accuratelyAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mail distributionProvide general office support to ensure smooth daily operationsMaintain a professional demeanor and represent the company in a positive lightQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitudeStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional InformationWe know your time is valuable, so we've made the first step quick and easy.
