About the role We are excited to share our HR Business Partner opportunity, working with leaders at all levels within our Donor Services portfolio.
In this busy and varied role, you will experience the full array of HR work, contributing to improvements and change and operational matters ranging from employee development and engagement to remuneration.
While supporting various locations you will also spend regular times at our operational sites in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington.
As a HR Business Partner, you will report to the Manager, HR Partner Team and be supported by a tight-knit team of colleagues with different areas of expertise and interest.

What you will be involved in Partner with Director Donor Services, other leaders including Regional Managers and the Chief Nurse in all matters related to peopleContribute to the development and implementation of organisational policies and processes as well as good practiceProvide guidance across the employee lifecycle and own a caseload of ER and return-to-work mattersWork with front-line leaders to assess issues and challenges and identify options and solutionsSupport change processes and guide teams through structure changes and consultations.Your Profile This role is ideal for someone with high energy and who wants to develop into the next step in their career.
To be successful in this role you will be comfortable working operationally and dealing with a fluctuating and at times complex case load.
You will ideally have experience within unionised environments, managing change and a good knowledge of HR best practices.
