Join our dynamic team at the Wellington Site as a Part-Time Administration & Facilities Coordinator
This newly created role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, robust security, and exceptional customer service.
You'll be the go-to person for maintaining site security, processing credits, managing fleet administration, handling customer service inquiries, and coordinating site maintenance.
Responsibilities:Site Security & Compliance: Conduct daily security checks, manage key and device control, and ensure adherence to security protocols.Credit & Returns Management: Process driver returns and collections, manage Salesforce credit processing, investigate missing goods, and assess the resaleability of returned stock.Fleet Administration: Conduct bi-weekly truck inspections, manage POD charging cables, and maintain fleet cleanliness.Customer Service & Support: Respond to National Support calls, process urgent orders, and arrange "fix-up" deliveries using Uber.Site Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with contractors to organise timely repairs for site damages.Minimum Requirements:3 years + experience working in customer service or administration positions in an NZ organisation.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Proactive problem-solver with a responsible attitude.Strong communication and customer service abilities.Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.Proficient in learning and using new software (Salesforce experience an advantage, not mandatory).Schedule:Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMBe part of a growing and supportive team and enjoy a consistent part-time schedule, perfect for work-life balance.
