West Technology has teamed up with a rapidly expanding Australian boutique service provider, boasting partnerships with top-tier tech leaders and are all about growth and innovation.

You'll be supporting a diverse clientele from various industries and will work with a supportive and approachable leadership team that are never afraid to roll their sleeves up and dive in.

As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of the support team, collaborating closely with two visionary directors who lead by example.

The team is looking for a true tech enthusiast who thrives on tackling desktop, server, and networking challenges.
Ideally, you've got prior Level 3 experience in a fast-paced MSP setting.
Other attributes will include:

Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.Relevant IT qualifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco).Strong technical prowess with O365, Veeam, VMware/Hyper-V.Experience with Azure cloud technologies.Expertise in Windows Servers and Desktops.Polished communication skills with a friendly phone presence.Proactive and customer-centric work ethic.What's in Store for You:
