This is a great opportunity to be a part of New Zealand's most trusted hard flooring supplier and grow with the business.You will need a passion for sales and giving a great customer service experience. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing the sales of our retail partners. High attention to detail, self-management skills, reliability and a "go the extra mile" attitude are essential.Key responsibilities and duties include:Maintain and build relationships with our retail partnersRegular in-person visits to meet and build relationships with all key personnel in each storeIntroduction of new productsSetup of new displays and merchandisingConstantly working to increase sales of each retailerProspecting and bringing on new accountsWorking through warranty and product issues where required to a positive resolutionWorking with and presenting our flooring to key influencers, interior designers, builders, architects etc.Keep the CRM up to date with clean, accurate data and activityOur successful candidate will have technical product knowledge of hard flooring (laminate, vinyl, hybrid) and have previous experience in a similar sales consultant, account management or new business development role.
