You will be working closely with the Retail Services team, and the wider staff across the Aquatics, Sport & Rec facilities, providing expert level assistance with the POS system, and banking, as well as additional support with inventory and stock management.In this role your duties will include:Daily, weekly, monthly reconciliation/bankingMonthly inventory management and order trackingTraining, configuration and reporting of the POS systemsExcellent customer service internally and externallyMonitor email and phone calls for prompt resolutionThis is a permanent part-time position, working 20+ hours per week, including some weekend hours during the summer season.Ou wheako – about you,To be successful in this role you:Are a confident office administrator, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and conflicting priorities to meet deadlines.Have a commitment to providing high quality services both internally and externally.Are tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.Have excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Have retail, inventory, supplier, and stock management experience.A strong desire to take initiative and always seek improvement.We are an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity.
