You will be tasked with providing strong leadership, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring a sustainable and profitable business operation as well as overseeing the warehouse operations. Additionally, the role involves continuous improvement of business performance, working to budgets and monitoring financial performance. You will play a key role in overseeing staff, managing costs, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining a clean and presentable showroom and warehouse.
