Glassons is seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to join our team and lead our store to success
Position: Branch Manager Location: Glassons - Palmerston North Job Type: Full-time About Glassons: Glassons is a leading fashion retailer offering the latest trends in women's clothing and accessories.
With a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, we pride ourselves on providing customers with exceptional service and on-trend fashion choices.
Role Overview: As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
You will drive operational excellence, ensure customer service standards are maintained, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
Drive sales and meet targets through effective rostering, coaching, and performance management.
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products effectively.
Manage store operations including stock control, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
Uphold Glassons brand values and standards at all times.
Requirements: Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
Ability to drive sales and meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
A proactive and results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
