We're on the lookout for a personable and ambitious accounts manager to join a construction finance team situated in Palmerston North. Collaborating closely with a team of one (our branch's chartered accountant), this role involves working together to manage all aspects of general finance administration and contributing to the timely completion of a range of tasks. The daily operations involve using software tools like Xero, Procore, Costcon, and iPayroll. Having experience with these platforms is greatly beneficial, although not totally essential.

In the dynamic world of construction, each day brings a variety of tasks. Therefore, we're seeking an individual who can effectively handle tasks under pressure and easily adapt to different situations. This person will be actively engaged in providing support whenever needed.

**Other Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Creditor and debtor management
- Processing receipts and invoices
- Timesheet review and acceptance
- Processing all general financial documentation and reports
- Support in upholding health & safety standards

**To be successful**:

- Exceptional workflow management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy across financial reporting
- Flexibility to work in NZ without restriction
- An unrestricted NZ drivers licence and reliable transport
