As the B2B Key Account Manager (Home Appliances) at Samsung Electronics New Zealand Limited, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts within the home appliances sector.
This is a strategic and influential position, playing a critical role in driving the success of our home appliances business.What you'll be doing:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers in the home appliances industryUnderstand customer needs and pain points, and work collaboratively to deliver tailored solutionsNegotiate and secure new business opportunities, ensuring profitable growth for both partiesProvide exceptional account management and customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyaltyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and servicesMonitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide strategic insights to the businessAchieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIsWhat we're looking for:Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics industryProven track record of building and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with key accountsExcellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to deliver win-win outcomesStrong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insightsTertiary qualification in a relevant fieldWhat we offer:At Samsung Electronics New Zealand Limited, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
