Our client, a successful electrical company, is looking for an Accounts Administrator /all rounder. Based on their front desk, you will mainly deal with general accounts/customers and low volume walk-in visitors.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Accounts payable, Receivable, and Credit ControlPAYE, GST filing and paymentsCustomer service - handling queries and bookings for electrical jobsPreparing material schedules for job tenderingJob management administration, scheduling and invoicingGeneral office admin tasksManaging social media platformsAssisting and backup to Office Manager with payrollFrontline receptionSkills and experience required:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint Experience with Accounts and PayrollExcellent written and verbal English communication Time management and ability to work to deadlinesWhats on offer:
