About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nicole Rebstock team, not only as a Store Manager but also as our Retail Team Leader . In this full-time role based at our Newmarket store, you will be responsible for managing our flagship store through its day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for setting standards and overseeing our retail operations in our other locations. You will be a key member of the leadership team, driving sales, managing staff, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service
Implementing and monitoring store policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Liaising with other stores to ensure their success
Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team of sales associates
Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Maintaining a positive store environment and fostering a customer-centric culture

Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using data and analytics to inform business decisions
Knowledge of retail best practices and industry trends
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service

Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
