About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nicole Rebstock team, not only as a Store Manager but also as our Retail Team Leader. In this full-time role based at our Newmarket store, you will be responsible for managing our flagship store through its day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for setting standards and overseeing our retail operations in our other locations. You will be a key member of the leadership team, driving sales, managing staff, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing Managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer serviceImplementing and monitoring store policies and procedures to ensure complianceLiaising with other stores to ensure their successLeading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team of sales associatesAnalyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvementMaintain a positive store environment and foster a customer-centric cultureWhat we're looking for Retail management experienceStrong leadership and people management skillsProven track record of driving sales and achieving targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in using data and analytics to inform business decisionsKnowledge of retail best practices and industry trendsPassionate about providing exceptional customer serviceSomeone who will fit in with our lovely close knit teamSomeone who enjoys working for a small businessSomeone who is happy working on their own as well as in a teamA positive attitude What we offer
