WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Rocket Lab is developing an in-house Hall thruster lead the development of a world-class product from its inception through to on-orbit constellation missions . As a Senior Engineer responsible for the Hall thruster power electronics you'll direct and perform development engineering on the power power processing unit and it's interfaces in the best interest of the company. Risk, cost or quality based decisions are to be identified and mitigated early. You will need to provide regular guidance to a highly capable team of engineers and technicians as the thruster grows from an idea into flight operations and further forward into production . Every day will be different, your experience, adaptability and technical skills will help you deliver this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
